Bijit Biswas

Bijit Biswas is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Hardware and Firmware at Husk Power Systems since February 2023. Previously, Bijit held the position of Director and Country Head at Oztron Energy from November 2016 to January 2023, focusing on innovative renewable energy solutions. Prior to that, Bijit worked at Husk Power Systems in various capacities, including Director of New Initiatives, where notable achievements include designing Solar-based DC Micro Grids that benefited 4,000 households and architecting hybrid mini-grids. Bijit's career began at iTransact Technologies Sdn Bhd as a Senior Technical Lead, where leadership of multi-functional teams contributed to the development of financial transaction software. Educational credentials include a PGDCM in Information Technology from the Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
