Ava Chatalas

Ava Chatalas has a diverse work experience. Ava started as a Tennis Coach at Mercerwood Shore Club in 2019 and worked there until 2021. During this time, they coached beginner to intermediate players of all ages and focused on individual skill development. In 2020, Ava served as the President of DECA Inc.'s Mercer Island High School Chapter, where they registered over 200 members for competitions and planned meetings and events. Ava also acted as a Secretary for DECA Inc. from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, Ava worked as a Nanny, taking care of a 5-year-old child, engaging in outdoor activities, preparing meals, and maintaining the household. In 2022, they joined Cactus Restaurants as a Server and Hostess. Lastly, in 2023, Ava became the VP of Recruitment for the Husky Sales Club at UW. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Membership Vice President at the Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority, responsible for assisting the MVP with recruitment activities and ensuring a smooth process.

Ava Chatalas is currently attending the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Mercer Island High School in 2022 and earned a High School Diploma with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
