Christian Hjort

Christian Hjort has over 20 years of experience in various HR and recruitment roles. Christian began their career as a Personalansvarig at Manpower, handling HR responsibilities and increasing the hiring rate for key clients. Christian then worked as a Rekryteringskonsult at Morgan & Partners/Beaufort International, where they were responsible for sales, recruitment, and headhunting mainly within the IT and Telecom sectors. Christian also worked as a Rekryterare at 3/Hi3G, assisting in the establishment of a customer service department and providing HR support to the Marketing and Sales department. Christian later became an HRM Konsult at Right Management Consultants/Empower, where they worked on recruitment, training, and project management for HR service center implementation. Christian currently serves as Head of Recruitment/HR at HusmanHagberg, overseeing employer branding, recruitment of new employees and franchisees, and the establishment of new offices. Christian also handles HR matters, policy development, and business development for the company.

Christian Hjort completed their undergraduate education at Örebro University from 1994 to 1998. Christian obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, majoring in an unspecified field of study.
