Annika Erkselius

Annika Erkselius is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as VP Total Rewards at Husqvarna Group since August 2022, Annika previously held key positions including Compensation and Benefits Director at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems and Director of Compensation and Benefits at Diaverum where major initiatives included the establishment of compensation plans and employment contract templates across multiple countries. Prior to these roles, Annika directed Global Compensation & Benefits at Trelleborg AB for over a decade, spearheading global salary review processes and policy development. Early career experiences include HR and compensation roles at Ericsson Mobile Platforms AB and Scania CV AB. Annika holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Lund University.
