Leigh Dagberg

Leigh Dagberg is currently the SVP of People & Organization at Husqvarna Group. Leigh has extensive experience in research and management, having served as Research Director at Universum AB from 1997 to 2002, during which time they developed and managed large-scale international investigations exploring the attitudes of young people towards working life and specific employers. Leigh also led consulting projects for multinational clients to evaluate their employer brands among students and young professionals and to develop employer value propositions and branding strategies. From 2012 to 2013, Leigh was a Manager at PwC Consulting, where they were responsible for consultative selling and delivery of consulting assignments, mainly in the areas of talent review, strategic workforce planning and leadership. Leigh has been instrumental in strengthening PwC Sweden’s talent management consulting capabilities by developing relations with global PwC subject matter experts; with PwC clients and prospects; and with global HR IT vendors.

Leigh Dagberg has a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior from University of London, Birkbeck College, as well as a degree in Work and organizational psychology from Lund University. Leigh also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leigh'story from University of California, Berkeley.

Leigh Dagberg reports to Henric Andersson, President, CEO & Acting Head, Strategy & Innovation. They work with Glen Instone - President, Husqvarna Forest & Garden Division, Pär Åström - President, Gardena Division, and Brian Belanger - General Counsel & Secretary, Board.
