Gary Swart

Gary Swart currently serves as the People Continuity and Internal Communications Lead at AB InBev, overseeing Talent & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Culture across the UK, Ireland, and Spain since July 2022. Prior to this role, Gary was the Talent and Development Manager for Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I, where responsibilities included delivering a people-centric Talent & Development agenda in collaboration with various teams. Gary's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Carmel School in Hong Kong as a Director on the Senior Leadership Team, focusing on student wellbeing, professional development, and school operations, along with roles as Director of Pastoral Care and an English and Theatre teacher. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Education from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Dramatic Arts from Stellenbosch University, complemented by several International Baccalaureate certifications in English and Theatre.
