Ashley Garcia Burns

Ashley Garcia Burns, PMP, currently serves as Sr. Manager of Organizational Change Management & Training at Hussmann since October 2022, advising on strategic change management and digital transformation initiatives while managing a team of four employees. Prior experience includes Senior Manager of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Promethean, where Ashley planned the diversity strategy and created KPIs to track performance, and Change & Transformation Lead at Nestlé North America, responsible for designing transformational projects and managing employee resource groups. Additional roles include Project Manager at SAP, leading a large team during technology implementations, and positions focused on process improvement and project management at Benchik Medical Center and Energizer. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Science in Technology Leadership and Management, and is pursuing a Doctor of Technology in Leadership & Innovation from Purdue University.
