With a background in driving growth strategies for organizations exceeding $2 billion, Jessica has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Strategy & Execution at Equifax Workforce Solutions, where a focus on innovative strategies led to significant revenue growth. Previous experience includes directing the Innovation Lab at Freddie Mac, consulting for Wells Fargo, and managing business technology initiatives at Citi. Jessica holds a BSBA in International Business and Spanish from The Ohio State University and an MBA with a specialization in the Economics of Technology and Innovation from Case Western Reserve University.
