Matthew Knapman has extensive experience in customer support and management roles in the gaming industry. Matthew began their career in 2002 as a Customer Support Manager with Virgin Interactive Entertainment. Matthew then worked as a Senior CSR with Empire Interactive from 2003 to 2005. Matthew then joined Midway Games as a Senior Customer Support Rep from 2005 to 2007, before being promoted to Customer Support Manager (International) from 2007 to 2009. Matthew then moved on to Last.fm where they served as a Customer Support Manager from 2009 to 2014. Matthew then joined Space Ape Games as the Head of Player Support from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they are working as the Head Of Customer Support at Hutch Games Ltd, a position they have held since 2016.
Matthew Knapman attended Gryphon School from 1990 to 1997, where they obtained 9 GCSE's and 4 A-levels. Matthew then pursued higher education at the University of West London from 1998 to 2001, earning a BSc degree in Multimedia Computing.
