Lynsey Campbell currently serves as the Head of People Solutions at Hutcheon Mearns, a professional services advisory firm, since May 2023, where responsibilities include developing finance teams and delivering strategic growth solutions. Previously, Lynsey held various roles at Hays from March 2005 to May 2023, including Business Director, where operational oversight was provided for the North Scotland region. A career with Hays began as a trainee in 2005, leading to positions involving team leadership and client relationship management. Earlier experiences include internships at the Committee of the Regions in Brussels and Bloomberg in London. Currently pursuing a Level 7 CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management, Lynsey holds a first-class MA in European Studies from the University of Aberdeen.
