Nick Baldetti

Dr. Nick Baldetti is the Chief Quality Officer for Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System (HRHS). In this role, Dr. Baldetti coordinates with internal and executive team members to set and monitor system-wide goals for all quality initiatives while promoting HRHS’s High Reliability Journey. Dr. Baldetti received a bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University in Wayne State Nebraska and dual Master’s degrees from Pittsburg State University. In 2020, Dr. Baldetti earned a doctorate degree in Business Administration from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Baldetti is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Economic Association, and the Academy of Management. Dr. Baldetti and his wife Kylee are the parents of three children; Blayne, Liam, and Lahna.
