Andrew R. McCarroll

Andrew R. McCarroll serves as general counsel for Southeastern Asset Management, Inc. After graduating from Memphis University School, he received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt and later earned a Master of Arts and Religious Studies from the University of Chicago. Mr. McCarroll serves on the boards of Memphis University School, The Pyramid Peak Foundation, and The Poplar Foundation, and also volunteers for several organizations whose programming works to empower the community. He is the proud father of two daughters, including Izzie '25.
