Jennifer Lastra

Jennifer Lastra is an experienced Spanish educator currently serving as a Spanish Teacher at Hutchison School since July 2021. Previously, Jennifer worked at The University of Memphis from January 2018 to July 2021 in various roles, including Spanish Instructor, Spanish Adjunct, and Graduate Assistant. Prior to that, Jennifer held the position of Member Specialist at the University of Southern California from March 2015 to November 2017 and worked as a Financial Services Specialist III at Regions Financial Corporation from January 2013 to February 2015, where effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients was emphasized. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Romance Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from The University of Memphis and completed the Klingenstein Summer Institute at Teachers College, Columbia University, in June 2022. Additionally, Jennifer earned a degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Advertising from Florida International University between 2008 and 2011.
