Alex Alexander is the founder of XOOTS, an Artificial Intelligence company focused on revolutionizing the hiring process for businesses by facilitating access to top tech talent while optimizing costs. In addition to leading XOOTS, Alex serves as a Strategic Advisor for Hutech Solutions, Board Advisor and Associated Partner of the European Artificial Intelligence Skills Alliance at ARISA, and Co-Presenter of the Beyond The Tech Podcast. Alex's previous roles include Interim CTO and Product & Technology Advisor for various companies, Group Chief Product and Technology Officer at Adevinta, Group Chief Technology Officer at Emirates Group, Group Chief Information Officer at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, and Multichannel Technology Director at @Walmart Labs. Alex holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from UCL.
