Carol Ann Livingstone

Carol Ann Livingstone is a Senior Architectural Designer at Hutker Architects, Inc. since May 2020, bringing over seven years of experience in residential design on Cape Cod. With a Master of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from the University of Maine, Carol has worked as an Architectural Designer for various firms, including Chip Webster Architecture and Jill Neubauer Architects. Carol has also been self-employed and has utilized 3D modeling technology, specifically Revit, to deliver a personalized, client-focused design process from schematic design to construction drawings. Carol's early career included internships and roles that helped establish a strong foundation in architectural design and communication.
