Zaharah Hendriks

Zaharah Hendriks is an experienced Programme Coordinator with a strong background in managing various programs across multiple organizations. Currently serving at Hutt City Council since September 2024, Zaharah previously held positions as Programme Coordinator at Upper Hutt City Council from April 2021 to September 2024, and was involved with Land Information New Zealand and the Office of the Ombudsman New Zealand in similar capacities. Zaharah’s role in the Ministry of Education of New Zealand as a Senior Project Coordinator and the educational foundation from Victoria University of Wellington, where a Bachelor of Design and Innovation with a focus on Media Design was earned, underscore a robust interdisciplinary skill set. This skill set encompasses graphic design, animation, filmmaking, photography, web development, wearable technology, and coding, enabling effective creative problem-solving and communication.
