Noga Shteinboim Atsil

Noga Shteinboim Atsil currently serves as the Head of Engineering Excellence at Huuuge Games, focusing on enhancing operational excellence through effective organizational structures, data-driven improvement methods, and a supportive culture. Since May 2011, Noga has been a self-employed Organizational Agile Coach, helping software organizations transition to Agile methodologies tailored to their specific needs. Previous roles include Program Manager at Healarium Inc., where Noga established planning processes within the R&D department, and QA Director and Development Methodologies Manager at artizone, emphasizing Agile principles in product development. Noga also worked as Development Methodologies Manager at ENOVIA SmarTeam, where development processes were defined and refined. Noga holds a degree from Bar-Ilan University, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
