Throughout their career, Michelle has been responsible for implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, leading HR practices that support organizational goals, delivering HR services to location associates and leadership teams, and providing consulting services on HR issues. Michelle has also collaborated with company presidents and developed operational goals and marketing strategies. Michelle is skilled in strategic staffing, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Michelle has successfully managed teams and worked closely with management to address personnel issues and objectives.
Michelle Peppers completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Florida State University's College of Business from 1988 to 1991. Following this, they pursued their Masters in Business Administration at the University of West Florida's College of Business from 1991 to 1993.
