Jayanth J has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2012, they worked at CoreEL Technologies as Associate Manager - Marcom. In 2014, they were a Marketing Consultant at Entuple Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Co-Founder at Unventured Expeditions Pvt Ltd. In 2015, they were Corporate Communications at First American (India) and Co-Founder & CMO at Elsys Intelligent Devices Pvt Ltd. In 2018, they were Manager - Marketing & BD at EVRY India. In 2019, they were Product Marketing at Infosys Finacle. In 2021, they were Head Of Marketing at HUVIAiR Technologies. Currently, they are Chief Executive Officer at PeopleX.

Jayanth J began their educational journey at DMS in 1991 and continued until 2002, studying PCMBE. Jayanth then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2002 to 2006. In December 2019, Jayanth J obtained an ISPMA Certified Software Product Manager certification from ISPMA.
