Matteo Fenaroli

Matteo Fenaroli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and training. As the Founder and Partner of Huware since June 2019, Matteo focuses on promoting technology adoption to enhance collaboration and efficiency in businesses. Previously, Matteo co-founded Innext in April 2004, which specializes in guiding family businesses, individuals, and athletes through change management processes. Matteo's career also includes a role as a Management Consultant and Trainer at Cegos Italia, where experience was gained in change management across various sectors, and as a Consultant at JEME Bocconi, where a vision to support companies and people was realized. Matteo holds a degree from Università Bocconi, completed in 2000.
