Adrian Rowley

Adrian Rowley has extensive experience in the field of learning and development, spanning over 24 years. Adrian currently holds the position of Head of Learning and Development at Huws Gray since July 2022. Prior to this, Adrian worked as an HR Business Partner and Learning and Development Manager at Buildbase from 2018 to 2022. Adrian also served as a Learning and Development Manager at GRAFTON MERCHANTING GB LIMITED from 2015 to 2017. Adrian has previously held roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager and Learning and Development Specialist at Nord Anglia Education from 2010 to 2015. Adrian also gained experience as a Learning and Development Manager at Independent Living Fund from 2009 to 2010. Earlier in their career, Adrian worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Cooper Parry LLP from 2008 to 2009 and as a Group Human Resources Manager at Bison Concrete Products Ltd from 2006 to 2008. Adrian began their career at John Lewis, where they held positions such as Human Resources Manager and Assistant Staff Trainer from 1998 to 2006.

Adrian Rowley pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1993 to 1995, they attended the University of Liverpool, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with second-class honors (2.1) in English Language and Literature. Following this, Adrian enrolled at Nottingham Business School from 2000 to 2003, completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management.
