Nicole Edwards

Nicole Edwards is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leading HR services and strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of HR Services at Huws Gray since August 2023, Nicole previously held the same title at The Guinness Partnership from September 2015 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, and developing People and Reward Strategies. Earlier roles include Service Delivery and Implementation Lead for HR at The Co-operative Group, as well as HR Manager at Cheshire Constabulary, where Nicole managed diverse HR projects. Nicole holds a Post Graduate Diploma from West Cheshire College and possesses expertise in organizational change, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
