Wayne Hinds

Wayne Hinds has extensive experience in the building materials industry. Wayne started their career in 1992 by founding Hinds Building Merchants Ltd and successfully grew the business over 12 years, achieving a turnover of £3.2 million with a 9% return on sales. In 2006, they negotiated the sale of the business to a PLC group. Following this, they joined Hinds Buildbase (Grafton Group) as a Branch Manager. In 2016, Wayne moved to Grafton GB, where they served as the GSCS Account Director and later took on the role of GSCS Sales Development Director. Currently, Wayne is working at Huws Gray as the Sales Development Director.

Wayne Hinds attended Henley Business School from 1988 to 1990 where they pursued a degree in Hotel Catering and Management Studies. Wayne obtained an HND degree in this field during their time at the institution.
