Kee Eismann

Kerstin Eismann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment, innovation, and blockchain technology. Currently serving as Co-Head of Crypto Investments at HV Capital since June 2022, Kerstin focuses on investing in Web 3 startups. Additionally, Kerstin hosts the Checkpoint Crypto Podcast and serves as a strategic advisor at Mogaland, which aims to combat financial illiteracy through mobile mini games. Previous roles include Managing Director at E.ON Group Innovation, where Kerstin fostered partnerships for energy transition, and Founding Member of BerChain, promoting Berlin's blockchain ecosystem. Kerstin's prior experience also encompasses leading innovation at innogy Innovation Hub, overseeing technical evangelism at Microsoft, and managing UX at Fidor Bank AG. Kerstin holds multiple degrees, including an M.A. in New German Literature and Media from Philips-Universität Marburg and a certificate in Gender Studies.
