Mark Bentley

Mark Bentley is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in battery systems and hybrid vehicle integration. Currently serving as Principal Engineer for HV Battery at HVS (Hydrogen Vehicle Systems) since June 2023, Mark has previously held roles as Technical Specialist at TAE Power Solutions and Sprint Power Technology Limited, where responsibilities included leading battery system innovations. With a foundational background as Senior Engineer at Ricardo and Hybrid Integration Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover, Mark's expertise developed further through positions as Senior Electrical Engineer at Lotus Engineering and Electrical Engineer roles at Penman Engineering Ltd, Omega Foundry Machinery Ltd, and Papworth Specialist Vehicles. Mark attained a degree in Avionic Systems Engineering from the University of Bristol, reinforcing a solid technical foundation that supports a career dedicated to advancements in electrical engineering for hybrid and electric vehicles.
