Michelle Osborne has worked in various roles since 2006. Michelle began their career as a Purchasing Coordinator at Woodside Communities Inc. in 2006. From 2008 to 2015, they worked as a Purchasing Coordinator/Team Lead at CEI - Communications Engineering, Inc., where they led a team to achieve daily goals and increased team output by 30%. In 2015, they became a Data Specialist/Supply Tech at Johnson City Medical Center Inc., where they made immediate decisions involving the procurement, purchasing, and distribution of supplies and equipment. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Smartronix as a Subcontract Coordinator and at ASHNHA as a Program Assistant. In 2022, they began their current role as Executive Assistant/Quality Manager at HV TECHNOLOGIES, Inc., where they are responsible for the overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's Quality Management System.
