Max Levchin

Max Levchin is an accomplished entrepreneur and technologist, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Affirm, Inc., a company focused on delivering honest financial products to improve lives since July 2012. Levchin is also the Founder and General Partner of SciFi VC, where the mission involves transforming science fiction ideas into reality, and the Founder and President of HVF Labs, which initiates startups with operational teams. In addition, Levchin co-founded Glow, Inc., a data science company that empowers women's reproductive health, and holds board positions at Unity Technologies and Mixpanel. Levchin has served on the Advisory Board for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and has contributed to the boards of Evernote, Yahoo, and Yelp, where Max was the first investor and Chairman of the Board. Levchin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
