Jan Andringa

Jan Andringa is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in advising national and international enterprises, NGOs, investors, boards, and supervisors on various governance and legal matters, including restructuring, transactions, mergers, joint ventures, and public-private partnerships. Currently serving as an Advocaat and Partner at Andringa Legal since July 2024 and at HVG Law LLP since November 1999, Jan Andringa has also held key positions such as Compliance Officer, Board Member, and Global Law Quality Leader at EY Law from January 2018 to September 2020, as well as Attorney at Law at Trenite Van Doorne from January 1991 to November 1999.
