Bhupendra Chand, PE has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Bhupendra currently works as a Project Engineer at HVJ Associates® since May 2021. Bhupendra started as a Geotechnician in December 2015 and then transitioned to the position of Geotechnical Field Engineer in December 2016. From an unspecified time in 2019 until May 2021, they served as a Staff Engineer at PSI. Bhupendra's expertise and experience make him a valuable asset in the engineering industry.
Bhupendra Chand, PE completed their Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Prairie View A&M University. Bhupendra also pursued a major in Civil Engineering with a minor in Construction Science at the same university. Additionally, Bhupendra has obtained several certifications including NICET III Soils from NICET, ACI - Concrete from the American Concrete Institute, Engineer in Training from NCEES, and Professional Engineer (PE) from NCEES.
