Caroline Abad is an experienced professional with a background in strategic partnerships, business development, and membership recruitment. Currently serving as Strategic Partnerships Manager and Membership Development Specialist at HW Media since May 2022, Caroline supports the Director of Growth in developing strategies for HW+ memberships while representing the organization in the housing finance, real estate, and fintech sectors. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Manager at Precision Lending LLC and Relationship Manager & Lending Specialist at Bank of America, where Caroline effectively addressed client needs and fostered relationships. Earlier, Caroline held positions at Kernwood Country Club, where a significant membership growth and event sales increase were achieved under leadership.
