Tracey Velt

Tracey Velt is a seasoned journalist and editorial strategist with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Data and Content at HW Media since March 2023, Tracey has also held prominent roles such as Editor in Chief and Contributing Editor for Florida Realtors since May 1990, overseeing significant editorial operations. As the owner of Tracey Velt Consulting LLC, Tracey provides freelance writing and editorial services. Previously, Tracey was Editorial Director at RealTrends from 2005 to June 2023, specializing in real estate brokerage content and directing the premier event, The Gathering of Eagles. Additional experience includes a role as Contributing Editor for PLAYGROUND Magazine and Assistant Editor at the Orange County Medical Society. Tracey Velt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Central Florida and graduated from Bayshore High School with a focus on Journalism.
