Dr Chrystian Poszwiński

Dr. Chrystian Poszwiński is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and international tax. Currently serving as the Head of CEE at HWF Partners since January 2022, Chrystian previously worked at Baker McKenzie from April 2014 to December 2021 as an Associate, where responsibilities included consulting on M&A projects, guiding management through transactions, and performing due diligence analysis. Chrystian has also held various roles such as Legal Counsel at Nokia, President of the Management Board at Business Heart of Poland Foundation, and Member of the Management Board at JC Holding. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Law and a Master’s degree from the University of Warsaw, complemented by international study at the University of Vienna.
