Bishnu Bahadur Dhami is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Chef at both HWH Hospitality Investments and Lagardère Travel Retail since May and March 2023 respectively, Bishnu has held various chef positions at multiple establishments, including the Independent Food Company and Yaumi International Bakeries. Previous roles encompass a range of responsibilities from manufacturing team lead to all-rounder chef at National Food Products Company. A Chef De Partie at The Factory and a Commis Chef at Kathmandu Guest House further highlight Bishnu's extensive experience in kitchen operations. Bishnu holds a Higher National Diploma in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management, earned from Natham between 2012 and 2016.
