Christopher Conolly

Christopher has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property law including corporate sales and acquisitions, leases and agreements for lease, project development agreements, subdivisions and options. Christopher’s clients include government departments and authorities, aged care providers, urban and regional developers and corporations.

Christopher’s practice has a particular focus on development projects for government authorities, retirement village and aged care developments, documentation and advice, planning agreements for local councils and developers, property development and subdivision and Infrastructure projects including marinas, regional airports, pipelines and wind farms.

Christopher was selected for inclusion in the Asia Pacific Legal 500 (2011 – 2018) for Real Estate. Christopher has been named in Best Lawyers™ Australia for Retirement Villages and Senior Living Law, and was named for Land Use and Zoning in 2013-2016 editions.
