Simon Crawford

Simon acts for a range of banking and financial services organisations and corporate clients providing legal advice across issues relating to fraud and forgeries, breach of contract, misleading, deceptive and unconscionable conduct. He has gained his expertise from over 20 years experience in both private practice and as a Deputy General Counsel at a major Australian bank.

Simon also advises and acts in trusts and wills and estates litigation. His clients include large charitable institutions and Trustee Services companies.

A skilled negotiator, Simon has participated in numerous mediations and has completed a 5 day Mediation workshop conducted by LEADR, the first step towards achieving national specialist accreditation in mediation.
