Daniel Horvath

Daniel Horvath, P.E. currently serves as a Structural Engineer at Lochner, focusing on bridge engineering for the Connecticut Department of Transportation since 2015. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at CDM Smith as a Structural Engineer IV from 2012 to 2015, where responsibilities included structural design and analysis for highway bridges and leading bridge inspections for the New York State Department of Transportation. Earlier experience includes a position as a Structural Engineer III, specializing in structural analysis and load rating of highway and rail bridges, and as a Civil Engineer at Spectra Engineering, designing steel and concrete bridges. Daniel holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, completed in 2009 and 2008, respectively.
