Lisa Moon

Lisa Moon is a seasoned traffic engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Traffic Engineering Manager at Lochner since July 2025, Lisa previously held the position of Traffic Engineering Leader at DRMP from January 2015 to August 2025, where responsibilities included marketing, business development, project management, and client relationship management to enhance the company's presence in North Carolina. Prior to DRMP, Lisa worked as a Senior Engineer II at Atkins from 1998 to January 2015. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
