Ronald Maas is an experienced Electrical Engineer with a diverse background in power supply design, systems engineering, and aircraft integration. Currently employed as an Electrical Engineer at both HX5, LLC and SearchPros, Ronald supports power supply design and qualification. Prior to these roles, Ronald served as a Senior System Engineer for driverless vehicle development at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, and previously held positions at HX5, LLC as an Aircraft Integration Engineer. Ronald also worked as an Independent Consultant at Ambit Energy and held various engineering roles at Lockheed Martin, focusing on MIL-STD-704 Electrical Power Compatibility Analysis and aircraft power systems. The professional journey began as an Automated Test Engineering Intern at General Dynamics C4 Systems. Ronald holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, both from Penn State University.
