Alex Paez-Gerstenhaber

Alex Paez-Gerstenhaber has a diverse work experience in various senior roles. Most recently, in 2022, they served as the Global Vice President Client Experience at Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they held the position of SVP Operations & CX at Innovative Funding Services. They also worked as the Director of Customer Experience at Golden Frog, GmbH from 2019 to 2020. Before that, from 2014 to 2019, they served as the Director of Services at Shop LC, a subsidiary of VGL Group in India. Additionally, they held the position of VP Operations at RoadVantage from 2012 to 2014 and played a key role in project management and implementation. From 2006 to 2012, Alex worked as the VP Operations at Call Center Consulting Group, where they led vendor management and project management activities. Finally, they served as the CRM Director at Assurant Solutions from 2004 to 2006, leading various project management activities and the installation of a call center in Mexico.

Alex Paez-Gerstenhaber has a diverse education history. Alex obtained a Certificate in Digital Strategies for Business from Columbia Business School in 2019. Prior to that, they completed the Six Conversations Management Development Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2016, with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In 1998, they earned a Law JD degree from Universidad Panamericana, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Additionally, they are a Certified Business Coach from the International Coaching Community. Alex has also obtained certifications in the Baldrige Quality Framework from the Quality Texas Foundation-QTF in 2018 and in Business Coaching from the International Coaching Community in 2006.
