Brett Friedel

Brett Friedel has a diverse range of experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Human Resources Director at MetLife Legal Plans. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at DRB Systems, LLC from 2019 to 2022, where they partnered with the Leadership Team to define and execute HR goals and ensured the standardization of HR practices. Before that, they served as a Senior HR Consultant at OneDigital Health and Benefits from 2015 to 2019, where they provided strategic direction to business leaders and served as a primary point of contact for clients. Brett also held the role of Lead Human Resources Generalist at GE Lighting from 2011 to 2015, where they supported HR processes and acted as a first point of contact for managers and employees. Their earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Wiseco Piston, Inc. from 2008 to 2011, and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Menards in 2006.

Brett Friedel completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentrations in Human Resource Management and Marketing at The University of Toledo from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from The HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in May 2010.
