Cara Carlson

Cara Carlson began their work experience at MetLife Legal Plans in 2005, starting as a Customer Service Representative. Cara then progressed to the role of Account Manager in 2007, and later became a National Account Supervisor in 2015. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Customer Service Supervisor. In 2019, they transitioned to the position of Business Process Owner and remained in that role until 2021. Most recently, in 2021, Cara Carlson assumed the role of Account Operations Manager, and in March 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director of Operations at MetLife Legal Plans.

Cara Carlson attended Baldwin Wallace University from 1999 to 2003, during which they earned a Bachelor's degree. The field of study was not specified.
