Jeff McMiller

Jeff McMiller has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Jeff is currently serving as the Area Director of Human Resources at Sightline Hospitality, LLC since August 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach and Hyatt Centric Hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii in 2018. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Doubletree by Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile, where they successfully increased overall Associate Opinion Survey numbers. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Inn of Chicago Magnificent Mile and The Allerton Hotel Chicago, where they demonstrated extensive knowledge of relevant legislation and ensured compliance with safety regulations. Jeff also had the role of Assistant Director of Human Resources at The Allerton Hotel Chicago and University Place Hotel. Jeff began their career as the Director of Human Resources at Adam's Mark Hotel, Indianapolis and Wyndham Indianapolis - West. Throughout their career, they have focused on various aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, diversity initiatives, and benefits coordination.

Jeff McMiller attended Northern Illinois University in 2011, where they completed the PHR/SPHR program in the field of SHRM Management Prep Course. Prior to that, they attended Marian University Indianapolis from 2009 to 2010, where they focused on Human Resources Management.
