Juanjo Heras

Juanjo Heras is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer for Apple Leisure Group in Europe since April 2019 and for ALUA Hotels&Resorts since November 2018. Prior to these roles, Juanjo held various positions at NH Hotel Group, including Regional Director for multiple regions and Business Development Director, starting in September 2005. Juanjo assisted in the operational success of Hoteles Hesperia from January 1998 to 2005 as Deputy Business & Development Director and General Manager at the Hesperia Ciutat de Mallorca Hotel and previously at the Hesperia Patricia Hotel. Juanjo's educational background includes studies at IESE Business School, Universitat Rovira i Virgili, and Universitat de Barcelona.
