Kristy Paddack

Kristy Paddack is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in enterprise applications, information technology transformation, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Applications at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Kristy oversees a diverse product portfolio supporting corporate and hotel operations. Previously, at Rockwell Automation, responsibilities included enhancing enterprise platforms and modernizing workplace experiences. Kristy's tenure at Hollister involved managing a global IT organization, while at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, multiple senior director roles encompassed IT sourcing, infrastructure, operations, and application development. Kristy's career commenced at Accenture, where positions ranged from consultant to associate partner, focusing on SAP and application management for the pharmaceutical industry. Kristy holds an Honors B.S. in Management Information Systems from Penn State University.
