Lauren Brown

Lauren Brown has been working in the human resources field since graduating from The Wharton School in 2000. Lauren held a principal position at Mercer for over a decade before joining Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2012. Since then, Lauren has held various titles within the company, including Vice President of Compensation and Senior Vice President of Total Rewards.
