Aki Rahman

Aki Rahman serves as the Head of Total Rewards and Senior Vice President at the Public Investment Fund since May 2022. Previously, Aki held leadership positions in performance and reward at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority from January 2014 to May 2022 and led rewards in asset management at Pictet Asset Management between October 2012 and January 2014. Earlier roles include Compensation and Benefits Lead at Man Investments, Reward Specialist at BNP Paribas, Compensation Consultant at McLagan, and Financial Services Consultant at Accenture. Aki's educational background includes a 1st Class BA (Hons) in Systems Analysis from the University of the West of England, an Executive Development Program from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and INSEAD, and ongoing studies in Organizational Leadership at IE University, with additional training planned at London Business School in November 2024.
