Najia Sabir

Najia Sabir is a highly experienced professional in accessibility and instructional design, currently serving as Principal Accessibility Specialist at Hyatt Hotels Corporation since March 2023 and as an Accessibility Specialist for the GSA Office of Government-wide Policy through AMA Consulting since November 2021. Previously, Najia held the position of Director of Learner Accessibility at Management Concepts, where key responsibilities included promoting usability and accessibility across digital assets, and streamlining workflows as Lead Accessibility Architect. Najia's background in education includes roles as an Associate Instructor at Indiana University of Bloomington and various teaching positions in primary and secondary education. Najia holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University Bloomington, an M.A. in International and Comparative Education from The George Washington University, and a B.S. in Physics from UC Irvine, alongside a Certificate in CAD 3D from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
