Scott Richer

Scott Richer serves as the Vice President of Development and Owner Relations at Hyatt Hotels Corporation since January 2015, focusing on growth opportunities in Canada. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Executive Director, Development at Delta Hotels and Resorts Ltd, overseeing growth initiatives for a major Canadian hotel brand from May 2010 to December 2014. Earlier experience includes leading franchise sales and development for Choice Hotels International, where Scott successfully established the brand's presence in Canada, and various roles at Delta Hotels, including managing brand partnerships and group sales. Scott began their career at The Fairmont Royal York Hotel in food and beverage marketing. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University, with a double major in Marketing and Organizational Behaviour.
