Tina Necrason

Tina Necrason serves as the Global Head of Branded Residential at Hyatt since January 2025, focusing on establishing and executing the company's branded residential strategy in the luxury real estate sector. Prior to this role, Tina was the Executive Vice President and Head of Residential at Montage International from 2014 to 2025, where responsibilities included managing a nearly $6 billion residential portfolio with a focus on ultra-luxury offerings. Tina’s career also includes significant positions at Hilton Worldwide, Broadwing International, The Kor Group, and Marriott Vacation Club International, with a foundation in business administration and marketing earned at the University of Central Florida.
