David Hubbard has a diverse work experience in the field of manufacturing engineering. David started their career at IBM in 1995 as a Manufacturing Process Technician and worked there until 2001. David then joined Intel Corporation, where they held two roles - Process Engineer from 2011 to 2015 and Equipment Specialist from 2001 to 2011. At Intel, they focused on process improvement, equipment maintenance, and implementing LEAN manufacturing techniques. In 2015, David joined HyAxiom, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer, and later that year, they also joined Kelly Engineering Resources in the same position. At Kelly Engineering Resources, they worked on applying Lean manufacturing principles to increase quality, efficiency, and throughput while reducing costs and non-conformance issues in the production of PureCell Fuel Cell power plants. David remained with Kelly Engineering Resources until June 2022.
David Hubbard attended SUNY Polytechnic Institute from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a BSEET degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians. David later pursued a Certificate in Lean Manufacturing from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, though the specific years of enrollment are unavailable.
